Build a launch film for an audio capability that proves it by withholding it. The first third plays in total silence, then sound is added on camera and the same shot is replayed with it — you get the six-act storyboard, the silence-first audio map, and a rendered MP4.

What you get
- A 1920x1080 MP4 whose first act is verifiably silent and whose second half is scored — the comparison is the product demo, and it is baked into the file.
- The editable project: the silent shot built once and mounted three times, one composition per act, a storyboard, a seam ledger, and one stylesheet holding your palette and type.
- An audio map written as part of the story rather than as a post step — every cue, every level, and the one frame where the first sound in the film lands.
Good fit
- You are launching something sensory — sound effects, music, voice, haptics — that a screenshot simply cannot carry.
- You are willing to open by being a little rude about your own product, because that self-deprecation is what buys the second half.
- You know where the film will play and you know it will not autoplay muted there.
Not for
- Capabilities the audience can judge from a still frame. Showing is faster than withholding.
- Feeds and surfaces that autoplay muted, where a silent opening is indistinguishable from a broken file.
- Launches where you cannot license or produce the audio. This is the one film where the soundtrack is not decoration.
