Build a launch film that argues your users' input format is wrong for the medium they are producing. It shows the same content rendered twice — once by the old format's logic, once by the new one — so the difference is watched rather than claimed. Delivered as a rendered MP4 plus the editable project.

What you get
- A 24 to 32 second 1920x1080 MP4 built around one controlled comparison — the same content rendered twice, so the argument is watched rather than asserted.
- The editable project with the structure that keeps the comparison honest: one content object written as data, and two independent renderers over it that never share anything else.
- The two convention lists that make the renderers differ, plus the timing rules for the inert beat — the hold length, the withheld spotlight, and the music drop that does half its work.
Good fit
- Your product translates between formats, and the argument is that the source format was designed for a different medium.
- The wrong-format failure is genuinely visible — someone can see what is off without being told.
- You are willing to be fair to the old format, because most of your audience chose it and insulting that choice loses them early.
Not for
- Products that add capability rather than translating between formats. There is nothing to compare.
- Cases where the wrong-format output is merely suboptimal. If the failure needs a caption, the film has no engine.
- Attacking a named competitor. This film's target is a format, and the workflow refuses to name a company.
