Build a square launch film for a hand-off between two tools. A button morphs into a prompt, the world reacts to what is typed, and the frame pulls back to a wall of sessions before flying into another one — delivered as a rendered MP4 plus the editable project.

What you get
- A 1080x1080 MP4 built for a feed, 30 to 50 seconds, whose first third contains no cuts at all — one element morphs through four states while the world reacts to what is typed.
- The editable project with the morph chain written out as four geometries before any animation, so the shared element is planned rather than approximated.
- The cut-paper card system, the square layout constraints, and the rules for the reacting world — when it starts, how slow it is, and why it has to persist.
Good fit
- You are launching a connection between two tools — an export, an import, a send-to action — and the claim is that it is one gesture rather than a workflow.
- You know the film is going somewhere that shows 1:1 without letterboxing.
- There is a word in your prompt worth reacting to: a colour, a mood, a number, a direction.
Not for
- Landing-page heroes or anything watched at 16:9. A square film letterboxed on a wide page reads as a mistake, not a choice.
- Products where the two ends cannot be shown — this film puts two interfaces on screen and both need a rights position.
- Launches that need narration or a long explanation. There is no voiceover here — the argument is carried by continuity, and the music stays under it.
